Specific trains are available for all method specific testing or adapter systems to enable you to utilise the system that you have. All layouts for method 23, method 8, Method 7, rigid and flexible method 17, method 0061, VOST Trains, Orsat analysers

 Filter Holders: Full sets of 2", 3" and 4" filter holders, PTFE Filter Supports filter inlets, filter outlets, OZ style clamps, open style aluminium clamps

Ground glass ball/socket, O-ring or screw fit style. Specialised heated filter holders (work without hot box!!). Stainless steel filter holders.

 

Transit Cases - Take 2.5 full sets of Method 5 glassware.

Impingers are available in Ground glass ball/socket, O-ring or screw fit style. Straight Greenburg-Smith or tapered stems; even stainless steel or PTFE impingers!! cyclone bypasses, U-bends cyclone flasks double "L" adapters, Cap sockets, plug balls, filter bypass tubes etc

In stack sample heads and ancillaries for method 17, Sample heads and nozzle systems for PM10 and PM2.5 sampling. Whether you need a single component or a Method specific system.

Filter papers, filter thimbles, replacement O-rings, extended pitots for M-17.

Probe systems up to 9Ft in length as standard. Probes are stainless or Inconel with or without over-sheaths. Fitted with "rigid" heating mantles, thermocouples, orsat lines and pitots.

Liners are available in Glass, PTFE, S/Steel, Inconel and quartz.

Specialist unions and ferrules for those awkward high temperature stacks are available in Graphite or Inconel for up to 980oC speciality reinforced PTFE good to 300 oC. Components are all sold separately so if you need one nut or an entire replacement probe …………

Nozzles systems are available in S/Steel, Inconel, Quartz and Glass - Metric or Imperial. Carrying cases nozzle brushes in nylon or PTFE for dioxin or metal sampling. Probe brushes - extendable to 9Ft with screw fit replaceable tips in metal or PTFE.
